EYES: Makeup Revolution Redemption Eyeshadow Palette Iconic 3 REVIEW

I’m about to review my first 12 eyeshadows palette ever from MAKEUP REVOLUTION.

I’m sure you’ve heard about this before though it’s kinda hard to find it in Indonesia but I managed to get this from TWLcosmetics. So thankyou so much for selling this❤

MAKEUP REVOLUTION REDEMPTION EYESHADOW PALETTE has 3 types, which is:
ICONIC 3

and….

Why I chose Iconic 3? because it has the most pink and rose gold.

They said it’s the dupe of Naked 3. I’m not sure it’s true because I don’t have Naked 3. Though I would like to try that one sometimes❤

I love all the pretty colors. It really really express ‘me’ alot in some ways i couldn’t express, or I feel like it.

And oh! Not too mention, glitters! I love shimmery eyeshadows.

For the packaging itself, it’s big and isn’t something that easily carried around.

it’s quite fragile too so it’s easy to break. I have to be really careful with it.

No mirror 🙁 too bad.

It has 4 Matte colors and 8 Shimmer colors.

I use the matte usually for the base, but mostly i use the shimmer one because it pop up my eyes abit more that just plain matte.

Or probably I’m not good with playing matte colors.

It came with this 2 sided applicator. Which was I dislike at first but when it comes to swatches it turns out to be better than using brush applicators.

Since it has 12 colors, I deivede into 2 parts so it’s easier for you to see all the swatch.

Like I said before, I’m using its original applicator.

The color from side 1 (the left part) are brighter than side 2 (the right part)

Side 2:

As you can see, these are one time application swatches using its original applicator.
The color itself surprisingly quite pigmented that it makes me, at first, quite hard to deal with since I love using sheer colors. even also for the matte colors, which is usually matte colors could be sheer too.
Some of the colors are quite different when it comes to the swatches, as you can see from Side 1. When you look at the palette it’s quite pink but when I swatch it, it turns quite orangey. On the other side I see nothing much different for Side 2 (the darker color)

So this palette is so perfect to get rose gold kinda thing. I just could get enough, that I love this so much and I don’t care how much it cost (of course cheaper than Naked 3, but still on budget) I have to have this, and I did!!

But I guess just like any other eyeshadows if you want the colors to be more ‘pop out’, you better put on some eye primer before applying this. But in this case, with or without primer it’s okay. I can assure that.

I’ve been wanting to make a makeup tutorial video using this palette but since my skin isn’t in a good condition, I have to postpone everything. >.< Sorry..

So, Overall.. I’m really satisfied with this palette that I don’t and won’t ever regret buying it!!!
I think you have to try it on. There’s alot of good reviews about it.
This makes me wonder if Maybelline’s The Blushed Nudes Palette is as good as this one. Probably I will buy one later on!
