How are you? I’m great!! Sorry I’ve been quite busy with job and anything about it.
Last week I got the chance with new color from Manic Panic which I never ever try on someone’s else before. People prefer using After Midnight or Bad Boy Blue but not this one.
It’s called Blue Moon. From the looks of it, it was quite some electric blue.
I was quite excited to try this on.
This was her hair, it’s a virgin hair since she never colored her hair for few years now.
She has very dark dark brown hair almost black, but not pitch black.
First step!
To get the wanted colors, I have to lighten her hair which means I have to bleach her hair.
Yes, bleach! I think you all know to achieve that color your hair have to be light enough.
I bleached her one time but 2 coats. Just after I washed her first bleach, I noticed her hair didn’t really handle the bleach well that it’s quite damaging already so I stopped there!
I don’t want to ruin more of her hair by doing second bleach though it’s not quite the color I wanted it to be because it’s not that light. It’s bright yellow when the exact color I want is pale yellow.

Pour out the color, and apply the product evenly to your hair.
Make sure to check every strands of hair so when you wash it out, you don’t miss a spot.
I carefully checked after I done applying to all the hair.
I waited it for almost 45minutes, since Manic Panic is a vegan colorant, so it’s okay to leave it be for long time.
Here’s the result!
If you see there’s different color on the middle parts that’s because she asked if I can make 2 colors result from one colorant cream, I said I can, I just have to play with the bleach,
The blue turns out to be almost the exact color from the color list but a bit different because I didn’t bleach enough since her hair was damaged already, I just don’t want to ruin her hair anymore.
She’s happy and I’m happy!!
Manic Panic isn’t causing the damaged, The good thing about it is that it moisturize your hair as well.
The damaged caused by the bleach. The not good thing is that Manic Panic faded so so quickly even if you use the amplified one! >.< 2 months at least.
