i'm quite skeptical with tony moly's skincare products, i trust their makeup products more >.<
Dark circles can come from various reasons and removing them also depends on the reason…
– They can come from lack of sleep or fresh air. The easiest way to get rid of them is to sleep more and get more fresh air.
– They can come if your liver has some issues (or so I read somewhere). In this case you should get your liver to good condition ^^
and last but not least:
– They can be genetic. If they're genetic there's not much you can do except hide them with make up.
I think that for me they're partly genetic and partly because lack of fresh air and sleep during the times I had school. Now that I graduated the sleeping is not a problem anymore ^^
