Etude House Face Designing Brightener Review

Hello girls.. How are you? This is my first post in November.. Last week I went to Lembang for office outing from Friday to Sunday. While from Monday to Friday I was too lazy to update my blog. So here I am in this weekend, sitting, listening to Kpop, and writing review for you. :3

It’s about the new Face Designing Brightener from Etude House as part of their doll collection. I love Etude House’s highlighter from Aloha V-Line Slim Maker, so I want to give this a try. It’s available in two colour: Beige (Smooth Face) and Purple (Dolly Face). I can’t imagine purple colour highlighter so I just purchased the beige colour. 🙂

The box is simple, not too girly but still in pink colour.

At the back of the box, there is an illustration on how to use the highlighter.

Net Wt. 9g (0.317 oz)
[Directions] Use puff to gather and apply makeup to all areas of the face. Brightens entire face while highlightig the forehead, T-zone cheek bones.
[Caution] 1. Use only as directed. 2. Avoid storing in high and low temperatures and areas exposed to direct sunlight. 3. Cease use if problems arise.

The Face Designing Brightener comes in a slim packaging, just like compact powder. The packaging is dominated with dark purple colour that doesn’t look too cheap. The colour is similar with Etude House Precious Mineral BB Compact All Day Strong but slimmer.

The name and manufactured date.

The highlighter is in beige colour that has a shimmer on it. It smells nice on the pan but don’t afraid, once applied on face, the smell won’t noticeable. 🙂 The highlighter really does a nice job for highlighting certain areas of our face for that glowy look. It looks really natural and although it contains shimmer, it is unnoticeable once applied. The minus point for me is it doesn’t come with a brush so I have to use Aloha V-Line Slim Maker brush to apply it or using Masami Shouko

What I like:
 slim packaging
 gives natural glow
 nice smell

What I dislike:
 doesn’t come with a brush

I tried to make simpler eye look with brighter lips. I’m not too comfortable with bright pink lips but it’s nice to look different once in a while. I’m thinking of using red lips next time, but I don’t own any red lipstick. Hahhahaha.. I need to buy one first then. :p

That’s all for now. See you on my next post 😀
