I will start this year review with new brand I never reviewed before, yes it’s Too Cool for School. 😀 It’s a makeup brand from Korea that recently being quite famous in Indonesia because they have just opened their store here. 
 
So I was searching online for its products and the packaging is quite unique, not girly but matching with its name: school concept. It’s not too eye catchy for me as I love girly packaging. 😐
 
Back to the topic, so I will review its Pudding Aqua Shaking BB in #2.
 
This is the box. The girl looks kinda scary for me ._. But I like the box peach colour :p

Tadaaa.. These explain why the box is quite tall, because it also comes with puff. So you get bb cream, puff and spatula in a box. I forgot to take a pic of the spatula, sorry >.<   Can you see the area around the cream is messy? It's worst before so I had to clean it with tissue. It's because there is no additional plastik cap or something like that to prevent the cream to spread here and there. That is one minus point for this bb cream. It comes in a jar, yet it doesn't have any secure cap to make sure the cream won't leak.   The name itself sounds promising, so I expect pudding texture. But turns out that there is no pudding texture at all. It's so liquid (you can see the animated gif above) 😐 There is no difference about the texture between this one and other bb cream that I've ever tried.   Swatch on my hand.     So I used the bb cream on half of my face (sorry for the acne 😐 ). Can you see the difference? I'm sure you can! The 'after' side looks brighter than my actual skin tone. At first, I was not too comfortable with this sudden change of my face colour, but after using it routinely, I think it's nice! My face looks fresher even when I am so tired. Hahhaa.. xD   Now for the coverage. I think the coverage is fair to medium. And yes at first, I don't like to use this bb cream because it doesn't cover anything on my face, like seriously?? My redness still there and so do the acne scars and dark circle -__-. That's when I used the marshmallow puff. Then I tried to use my fingers to apply the bb cream and it does better! Since that time, I never used the marshmallow puff anymore, I let it sit perfectly in the box. Huahahhaa.. :p I'm not saying that the marshmallow puff isn't good, it's just better to use fingers to apply for better coverage in my opinion. ^^ Sometimes  I find it a little bit hard to blend, maybe because I took the product too much ._. It's better to build the coverage and take tiny amount first so it's easier to blend. It smells nice and not too strong, but the scent lasts quite long.    At first, I think one layer and two layer don't have any difference but when I looked at this pic, I realized that two layer covers the pore better. 😀 The finish is matte and I can feel that it moisturizes my face. My face starts to be oily after 5 hours but when I set it with Holika Holika Luminous Aura Pact, my face becomes oily after 6 or 7 hours, aaaaa so happy 😀   What I like:  makes my face looks brighter  fair to medium coverage  matte finnish  good oil control  nice scent   What I dislike:  doesn't have any additional secure cap  pricey, I bought it around Rp 240.000, but it's 20.000won in Korea       I bought it out of curiosity, it's quite expensive in my opinion but nothing really special. Maybe the plus point is it moisturizes well, suitable for dry skin people. For oily combination skin type like me, I also found it good in oil control. And I wouldn't recommend it for people who have darker skin tones than me, I afraid that it would look like you're using a mask 😐   That's all for now. Have you tried Too Cool for School products?     I read a lot about this brand lately, but the girls on the packaging are indeed scary >.< I don't like those. At the moment I'm using Etude Magic BB Cream, but I'm always on a lookout for other brands =)

  6. I was looking at some of these too cool for school BBs recently and now I can avoid this one. I like more coverage (I have acne scars too >:) and I'm also not a fan of companies who make claims and don't deliver.

    Finally! someone who thinks too that the packing of 'To Cool For School' is not as cool hehe xD I´m too afraid of the girl in the packaging D; hehe ^^U
    It's great that come with a spatula and a sponge but very bad that does not have a safety cap u.u"
    It is rare tthat it has a fluid consistency being that carries the name of pudding! hehe ^^U I expected another consistency hehe
    Apparently this bb cream is not bad but I'm looking for a dewy finish and a bit more coverage n.nUU and its products are a little bit pricey for me u__u

    We're the same then, I also afraid of the girl in the packaging, now after I wrote the review, I can throw away the box 😀
    Yes I think it's a big minus point because it becomes messy 🙁
    I also expected the pudding texture but sad that the claim isn't true 🙁 If you want pudding texture bb cream, maybe you can try Holika Holika Aqua Jelly ^^

  36. Maybe! That one has better coverage? Haha yeah, I've totally bought products for some of the stuff they come with (packaging is my biggest vice) but I'm also susceptible to cuteness to suck me in >_> I'm a victim of marketing (: So glad I read reviews, it saves me a lot of money
